Not included: domain, hosting / server, payment gateway and courier charges, SMS and WhatsApp message costs (paid by Saiyadna Mart directly to the providers at their rates). POS hardware (scanner, receipt printer, cash drawer) and AI usage charges are at cost. The investor portal is the software only; the legal and regulatory set-up of any investment offer stays with your legal adviser.
